    New Computer Set Up: Did you buy a new computer and need help setting it up, or transferring your files from your old computer to the new one?  Did you get a new computer with the new Microsoft Windows 8 and need help figuring out how to use it? 

    • That is no problem, Engkraf’s Computers & Consulting can help you set up your new computer, organize that mess of wires, remove those pesky advertising links and trial software that is overwhelming many new PCs.  Then Todd will transfer your existing documents, pictures, videos, music, internet favorites, outlook content, and other personal files and settings. 

    Home Networking: Do you have high speed internet but can’t figure out how to network your home so that all your devices can get on the internet? Is your wireless internet secure from hackers and that nosy neighbor?  Are you building your dream home and need help planning or designing a network map?

    • Call Engkraf’s Computers & Consulting and schedule an @Home appointment today to get all of your networking issues resolved.  Todd will take the time to configure networking components and ensure your wireless is set to the maximum allowable security levels. Todd will work with new construction projects to ensure that the necessary cables are in the wall before it is sealed up, avoiding costly re-dos and workarounds.

    Hourly Rate:       $50
    A one hour minimum charge for all @Home appointments

    Travel Fees:       
    $10 – Inside City Limits (Longview/Kelso)
    $20 – Outside City Limits (Longview/Kelso)
    $30 – Inside Cowlitz County
    $40 – Outside Cowlitz County (minimum)
